Project Details
S&B provided design and construction services for the removal and replacement of ~275,000 sq. ft. of reinforced concrete paving across four sectors of parking lots and two roads to interconnect them. Our assignment included stormwater pollution prevention plans, demolition of existing asphalt pavement, proposed concrete pavement, grading and pavement joints layout and pavement markings.
Design plans and specifications were prepared in accordance with all local standards and guidelines. The City of Pasadena provided a strict project schedule due to an upcoming festival. We delivered the project a week ahead of schedule with zero safety issues.
