Project Details
S&B has delivered FEL, EPC and Fabrication for 8 NGL fractionation plants, representing nearly 15 million field hours and 800,000 BPD of capacity. Based on S&B's proven design, the plants range in size up to 150,000 BPD.
Additionally, S&B has provided EPC for supporting units and infrastructure, including a major deisobutanizer unit, a propane/propylene splitter, a propane stripper, a pressure swing absorption (PSA) unit, and underground storage facilities.
All NGL fractionation trains were installed over the course of a decade. Many of the EPC services were delivered simultaneously, using staggered schedules to allow field construction crews to roll from one site to the next, increasing our efficiency and offering the client excellent performance on schedule, quality and safety.
