Project Details

S&B is performing FEL and EPC to expand an existing plastics pyrolysis unit, which will add 420 mtpd of capacity to convert plastic waste to chemical feedstocks using the Lummus New Hope Plastic Pyrolysis Technology. This will allow the plant to divert more than 300 million pounds of plastic waste from landfills annually.

Beyond the Tyler plant, S&B and New Hope have signed a multi-year master service agreement, allowing S&B to provide continued support to New Hope Energy in developing advanced chemical recycling systems.
