Project Details
S&B was hired to perform FEL and EPCM for a new state-of-the-art deep water terminal to accommodate up to 325-MDWT (VLCC) vessels. This facility would have been able to offload 100,000 BPH of crude to either the new 20,000-40,000 BPH distribution system or the new 4-million barrels of drain dry storage.
Scope included a tie-in to multiple delivery pipelines, marine terminal facilities and plant infrastructure. The project was canceled by the client near the end of the detailed design phase.
