HOUSTON—April 23, 2026— Newsweek magazine has named S&B, a leading engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company, one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Entry Level 2026. This marks the fourth time S&B has received this recognition and reflects its continued investment in developing early-career talent.
The award is based on one of the largest independent studies of entry-level workforce in the United States. Conducted between April and October 2025, the survey gathered more than 610,000 company reviews from over 37,000 employees aged 18 to 28. Additional data from prior studies conducted between 2022 and 2024, encompassing more than 1 million reviews and 75,000 interviews, were incorporated with reduced weight.
“At S&B, early-career professionals are trusted with real responsibility from day one and supported by mentors who help them succeed,” said Wendy Coker, Senior Vice President of People and Talent at S&B. “We are committed to investing in our people and supporting them as they learn, make an impact and grow long-term careers at S&B.”
S&B’s recognition by Newsweek highlights the company’s focus on mentorship, development programs and hands-on project experience, allowing enry-level employees to contribute to complex engineering and construction projects early in their careers.
