The construction division of S & B has been building facilities since 1967, and maintains a large permanent field supervisory and support staff fully experienced in the construction of refining, petrochemical, midstream, power, and pulp & paper facilities.
Our services include direct-hire construction and construction management. Our direct hire capabilities include all crafts prevalent in heavy industrial facilities combined with expertise to manage subcontracts for specialty work such as piling, painting, insulation, and pre-engineered buildings. Direct control of skilled labor personnel provides S & B the ability to optimize project cost and schedule. Construction services may be offered independently or as part of an integrated EPC contract. The value of our projects performed generally exceeds $4 Billion per year. We have successfully executed projects in excess of $1 Billion with more than 4,000 direct hire craft personnel.
