Our mission is to evaluate, implement, develop, and support the hardware / software / decision support solutions needed by our customers, the business units and project teams of S & B. We will support our business units by embracing innovative thinking, provide timely solutions, work with a cheerful and professional demeanor. We recognize that our success depends on the relationships that we build and maintain with them.   

We will strive to reduce costs by training our DCC's and webmasters to become knowledgeable and self sufficient with our hardware and software tools. Standards will be stressed in order to provide these solutions to the broadest possible user base and to further reduce costs.

We will provide a technology infrastructure that provides highly available systems, minimizes disruption for our users and meets data retention policies necessitated by our business goals. We will work to continuously improve the quality and timeliness of our deliverables.
