S & B's pulp and paper staff averages 15 years of service with the company in consulting design, construction, and start-up.  The collective experience of the Pulp and Paper staff totals several hundred years in pulp and paper mill engineering, construction, production, and other direct operating functions for wood handling, pulping, causticizing, washing, bleaching, chemical recovery, stock preparation, and most grades of paper making.  Design and construction of various auxiliaries, such as steam and electrical power, process control systems, mill water and effluent treatment systems, etc., are within our scope of service to the pulp and paper industry.
