El Paso Energy - Tupelo Combined Cycle Power Plant - 2x1 M501G Project

S & B provided front-end engineering and a lump sum estimate for this nominal 700 megawatt electric power generating facility. The project consisted of two Mitsubishi Heavy Industries 501G, nominal 240 megawatt combustion turbine generators, two Deltak heat recovery steam generators, and one MHI nominal 235 megawatt steam turbine generator. The job began as engineering only and was then to be converted to an EPC project but was later cancelled.
