We're the Fractionating Experts

NGL Fractionation

For over a decade, S & B has been the go-to contractor for the execution of turnkey engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for America's NGL fractionation industry. Since 2007, we have designed and installed over 1.3 million BPD of NGL fractionation capacity in America, including significant work in the Mont Belvieu NGL hub in Texas as well as in the Marcellus-Utica region in the northeast USA.

Using our Managing with Certainty® execution philosophy for EPC, we have developed a reputation for delivering NGL fractionation plants on or ahead of schedule for a competitive price, all while maintaining our industry-leading safety record. Several of our NGL fractionation projects have received national awards for excellence in construction and in safety.

We offer a wide range of proprietary designs for NGL fractionation plants, allowing us to accommodate our clients with the design that works best for each project, including feedstock composition and desired capacity. Our NGL fractionation plants are well-known for their dependability during start-up and operation.

Our experience includes entirely new, greenfield NGL fractionation plants up to 150,000 BPD, as well as the expansion, debottlenecking or optimization of existing units.

We are proud to be building infrastructure that is key to strengthening America's energy independence and petrochemical manufacturing capability.
